Where financing fits
Capital for the work between contract and collection.
Mobilize the next job
Cover materials, deposits, subcontractors, and payroll before progress payments arrive.
Add or replace equipment
Finance excavators, loaders, skid steers, work trucks, and other revenue-producing equipment.
Manage payment gaps
Plan around project schedules, delayed approvals, and uneven collections without treating every contract as immediate cash.
Expand your operation
Review longer-term financing for an acquisition, an owner-occupied shop, or a larger operating footprint.
Compare financing options.
Choose the structure around the use of funds, repayment capacity, and timing. Availability and terms vary by program.
Working capital
For payroll, supplies, and short-term operating needs. Match the payment schedule to your project cash flow—not just the funding amount.
Business line of credit
A revolving option for recurring material purchases and project expenses, subject to lender approval and draw conditions.
Heavy equipment financing
Loans and leases up to $1M, with terms up to 84 months. A down payment is required; equipment, credit, and business history affect approval.
Invoice factoring
Selected commercial receivables may qualify. Progress billing, retainage, disputes, and pay-if-paid provisions need specific review.
SBA loans
For eligible established businesses pursuing longer-term working capital, acquisitions, or owner-occupied property. We place SBA loans with a Preferred lender desk we work with directly.
A practical first review
Start with your business, not a generic offer.
Tell us what you need to fund, when you need it, and how your business collects revenue. We review your situation, identify potential options, and work through the lender's requirements with you.
Operating history, revenue, credit, existing debt, and use of funds all affect eligibility. Startup, acquisition, equipment, and SBA requests have different requirements.
What to have ready
- Recent business bank statements and current debt schedule
- Active contracts, project backlog, and a summary of work in progress
- Accounts receivable aging, including retainage and disputed balances
- Equipment quote or purchase agreement, when applicable
- Financial statements, tax returns, and license information as requested
The documents needed depend on the financing program. Do not submit sensitive records through an unsecured message.
Frequently asked questions
Can financing help before a project starts paying?
Working capital or a credit line may help cover mobilization costs. Lenders review business revenue, existing obligations, and repayment capacity; a signed contract alone does not guarantee approval.
Can I factor construction invoices with retainage?
Possibly, but not every invoice is eligible. The factor reviews completed work, payment approval, customer credit, retainage, lien rights, and contract restrictions. Retainage is not automatically included in the advance.
Do you finance equipment as well as operating expenses?
Yes. Equipment loans or leases and working capital serve different needs. We review them separately so the financing structure fits the asset or expense being funded.
